JAIPUR: The government secretariat in Rajasthan will implement a new electronic filing system on January 1st, 2023. As per directives given by the state's chief secretary Usha Sharma, other government departments must implement this system by January 30 as well. Real-time tracking of files using the e-file module will be made easier by the introduction of the e-filing system. Also, the work will be finished on time even if the concerned officer is not there for the mark. The Personnel Department has been trained and staff from all agencies to adopt e-filing throughout the state. All departments and commissionerates/directorates in the state are expected to use the e-file system as of right now. Old files should also be uploaded to e-file with priority, according to instructions. Rajkaj Portal has instructional material for using e-filing, officials said. The departments and officials have also been instructed that special permission will need to be obtained in order to execute physical files, even after the e-file system has been implemented. Such files cannot be opened without the Additional Chief Secretary's, Principal Secretary's, or Secretary's permission. Rajasthan: Till when the papers will continue to leak?
