Girl allegedly murders while father trying to rape

Jodhpur: A murder case has come to light from Jodhpur district of Rajasthan. Where a daughter killed her drunk father. Police have arrested the accused daughter in the case and are investigating the case. Police handed over the body to the family members after conducting postmortem by the medical board.

The case is said to be from Birami village under Dangiyawas police station area of Jodhpur. The girl alleges that the drunk father wanted to make her a victim of his lust. The father had often harassed his daughter by drinking alcohol. On Monday night, when the father tried to cross all the limits, he hit the daughter on the father's head in his defence. After which he fell to the ground and started bleeding from his head. The daughter then went back to her mother and fell asleep, when everyone woke up in the morning, the father was dead, the daughter was scared of the incident and then on receiving information the police reached there, the father's body was handed over to the family after postmortem at mathuradas mathur hospital mortuary. According to DCP Dharmendra Singh, the deceased was about 40 years old and was addicted to drugs. Recently came to his village from Gujarat. In the interrogation, the family members said that he was a quarrelsome person and used to have a dispute with his wife. He had done such a wrong thing to his daughter before. But the family never let it out.

He has also tried to burn his wife. On the middle of Sunday-Monday night, he crossed the limit and tore his daughter's clothes due to which he lost his life. The mother was at home in addition to the daughter of the deceased on the night the incident took place.  Two minor sons were at the house of the grandmother living in the neighbourhood.  Mother and daughter were sleeping in the room in the other.  At night he returned and tried to misbehave by asking his daughter to give a glass of water, during which the daughter killed her in an attempt to save herself.
