Jaipur: In a dispute between brothers in the Vaishali Nagar police station area of Rajasthan's capital Jaipur, brothers together stabbed one of their brothers to death. After getting information about the incident, a sensation spread in the area. He was murdered in an ancestral property dispute. The ongoing feud between the brothers over property began on Tuesday night. That ended on Wednesday morning with a stabbing and later the death of a brother. Police have detained some members of the deceased's family. They are being questioned. According to SP Alok Saini, the incident is being reported from Major Bane Singh Colony early on Wednesday morning. Ashraf, who was murdered, used to drive an auto rickshaw. He has been having a dispute with his own brothers for a long time over the right to ancestral property. On Tuesday night too, the police reached the spot on the information of an argument between the brothers. The police pacified them and returned. Due to the fire of revenge, there has been a bloody conflict between the brothers again on Wednesday morning. It is said that Ashraf had then tried to run his auto rickshaw over the brothers. After which they started stabbing. Ashraf alias Sameer was seriously injured. Ashraf was rushed to Sawai Man Singh Hospital in critical condition. Ashraf lost his life during treatment there. After Ashraf's death, the accused fled. Police have kept the body in the morgue. His post-mortem will be done by a medical board. Vaishali Nagar police have registered a case of murder against the accused. The police have arrested the accused. In this case, some members of his family were arrested. Preliminary investigation revealed that there has been a constant quarrel between these brothers in the past over property. Cases were also filed on behalf of both sides. After which he was taken into custody on charges of breach of peace.
