Corona has caused an outcry across the country. Madhya Pradesh is also among the states most affected by Corona. Plasma therapy has started in the state for the treatment of corona patients. The Medical Council for Medical Research (ICMR) has approved the clinical trial of MGM Medical College for plasma therapy. Immediately after this, the Medical College has started taking plasma donations from MY Hospital. In fact, in this therapy, plasma will be removed from the blood of cured corona patients and injected into the body of those corona positive patients who are currently admitted in hospitals. The health of both the plasma donor and the plasma donor patients will be continuously monitored. This test will run for 6 months. The data of every patient associated with the therapy will be sent to ICMR. Here, as soon as information is received, preparations have been completed in MGM Medical College within a few hours. The first donor has been found only on Thursday. At present, 30 patients of Corona have been allowed to offer plasma. Plasma therapy is considered a panacea for the treatment of corona, but it was not being used after ICMR did not allow its trial. Now ICMR has approved plasma therapy trials to 21 centers across the country. In the state, this permission has been given to MGM Medical College, Indore and Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal. As the first plasma donor on Thursday, Trainee IPS officer Aditya Mishra donated the plasma to MY Hospital. This sequence will continue continuously. Only patients who are older than 18 years and weighing more than 55 kg will be able to give plasma, according to Dr. Yadav, this test will run simultaneously across the country.
