According to a survey conducted in India, more than 40 percent of people are still facing mental health problems even after they have fully recovered from corona. When these people were asked what kind of problems remain even after recovery, they talked about facing problems like stress, anxiety. These problems are increasing day by day. Kolkata's COVID patients were also included in this survey, and it was found that the mental condition of 45 percent of the people is continuously deteriorating. At the same time, more than 41 percent of the people are also having other mental problems.

The survey also found that 84 percent of survivors talked about their mental state and said that they were facing problems like depression, anxiety and insomnia. According to a 2022 Lancet report, 35 percent of people experienced severe depression during the pandemic.
