Sriganganagar: Police have arrested a man accused of looting liquor contracts at Nurpura village under Sadulshahar town of Sriganganagar in Rajasthan on Friday. After the arrest, the accused is being produced before the police court. Giving details, the investigating officer of the case, Lekram Jangid told the press that the accused has been arrested from the bus stand in Sadulshahr. also read Unique wedding in Madhya Pradesh, the frog gets married! The police official informed that half a dozen accused are still absconding in the case. SI Gurdev Singh, Constable Dayaram and Pratap along with investigating officer Lekram Jangid also assisted the accused during the arrest. Last week, at midnight on a liquor contract at village Noorpura, the miscreants had committed a robbery. The accused had also beaten up the salesman present there after looting liquor boxes. Since then, the police have been pressing for arrest of the accused, but the police have not been able to succeed.
