New Delhi: Taking a big action on the rioters of Jahangirpuri violence, Delhi Police has charged five accused under the stringent National Security Act (NSA). According to reports, the five have been charged under the stringent Anti-Terrorism Act, which empowers the government to detain a person for several months without formal charges.
