He is also a recipient of the Sword of Honour and has served as chief instructor at the National Defence University (NDU) and as an instructor at the Command and Staff College in Quetta. With his extensive experience and training, including education at Fort Leavenworth and the Royal College of Defence Studies, Lt Gen Malik steps into this crucial position during a pivotal moment for Pakistan’s intelligence operations, which are vital for national and international security.
