Shillong: In Meghalaya, 3 MLAs, including cabinet minister Hamletson Dohling, resigned from the membership of the assembly. Dohling, the Minister for Information Technology and Communications in the Conrad Sangma government, was a People's Democratic Alliance (PDA) MLA and represented the Mayalim constituency in East Khasi Hills district. Another PDA MLA, Jason S Mawlong, who represents Umsining in Ri Bhoi district, and Hill State People's Democratic Party (HSPDP) MLA Samlin Malngiang also submitted their resignations.
