The ongoing deadlock over the next Chief Minister of Maharashtra is expected to end soon as BJP national president J.P. Nadda and Union Home Minister Amit Shah held an extensive meeting with leaders of the Mahayuti alliance. The discussions included key figures such as caretaker CM Eknath Shinde, Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis, and NCP's Ajit Pawar. Despite the high-stakes talks, none of the leaders addressed the media after the meeting. Following the discussions, Shinde convened a meeting with his party's parliamentarians in Delhi. The BJP is now set to gather its newly-elected MLAs for a crucial meeting.
