Bhopal: A local court in Khandwa district in Madhya Pradesh laid down a unique condition for granting bail in a case. The condition was that in lieu of bail, the accused will have to go to the local CMHP office, hospital every Sunday and do hard work. On the night of December 24, a clash broke out between two sides in Kanjar Mohalla in Khandwa, accusing 18-year-old Mohammad Aleem and some of his associates of attempted murder. The police arrested the accused under section 307 of IPC and produced them before the court. When a lawyer of one of the accused Mohammad Aleem applied for bail, the court ordered to do cleanliness with a bail of Rs 25,000 in view of the corona that Aleem would go to the CMHO office every Sunday and do work. After the court order, Aleem came to the hospital and went on cleaning the corona's instructions with a mask. He sweeps the road and collected scattered garbage here and there. For the people, it remained a matter of concern as to why Aleem was cleaning up even though he was not a cleaning worker. When people came to know that Aleem had received an order from the court, everyone appreciated the decision. Aleem said he was very happy with the decision. This will promote cleanliness drive. Appeal to the people to take the cleanliness drive forward and avoid any controversy.
