Lord Jagannath's health deteriorated, Vaidya is coming to the temple for treatment

Kota: An interesting incident has come to light from Rampur area of Kota, Rajasthan. By now you must have seen and heard people getting sick. However, Lord Jagannath has become ill at the Jagannath temple in Rampur, who is being treated by Vaidya. At present, Lord Jagannath is being treated in the temple premises. During  treatment, only priests and vaidyas are allowed in the temple. All the bells of the temple have been kept tied so that there is no problem in the treatment of God. Also, windows and doors have been closed.

Lord Jagannath's treatment will last till 15 and due to this, the Lord will be quarantined in temples for 15 days. Devotees are not allowed to have darshan of God because of the treatment. They are not even allowed to enter the temple. Only priests and vaidyas are allowed to visit the temple in the morning and evening for treatment.

Kamlesh Dubey, the chief priest of jagannath temple, said that on the full moon day, the Lord consumed 200 kg of mango juice after taking a bath. Because of this, his health has worsened. He is now being treated by a doctor. The priest says that all this is part of the tradition. In a normal year, lord Jagannath's bedtime lasts for 15 days. He further said that in this month, Lord Jagannath will sit in the Lion Gate for only half an hour and will give darshan to his devotees. After this, havan and purification work will be done in the temple.
