The NC is committed to fully implementing the 2000 Autonomy Resolution and advocating for dialogue between India and Pakistan to ease regional tensions. The party plans to amend laws that affect Jammu and Kashmir's unique status. In additiona, the NC has promised to seek amnesty for political prisoners and streamline processes for obtaining passports and other documentation to ensure equity. To combat youth unemployment, the party intends to introduce a Youth Employment Act, aiming to create 100,000 jobs within three months of taking office and fill all government vacancies within 180 days. The manifesto also highlights the importance of protecting land and employment rights for local residents, along with a reform of reservation policies to ensure balanced representation. The party has also proposed financial aid for women, offering ₹5,000 per month to female heads of households from economically weaker sections (EWS). Additional welfare measures include 12 free LPG cylinders for EWS households and access to clean drinking water for all residents.
