Jama Masjid row: Mob targets police, throws stones at them

On Sunday, people's anger grew even more over the Jama Masjid dispute in Sambhal. The crowd, angry with the mosque survey, started pelting stones at the police. The police also started firing tear gas shells to control the crowd. The stone pelting incident took place when a survey team reached Shahi Jama Masjid to survey the mosque. The police has requested the local people not to pelt stones on the arrival of the survey team. After the stone pelting, an order has also been issued to increase police deployment.

This is the case of Jama Masjid: Not only this, in the suit filed in the court by the Hindu side, they have even talked about the existence of Harihar temple. The court has appointed a court commissioner. On Tuesday, the court commissioner reached the mosque and ordered a survey. Videography and photography were done for about two hours. The court commissioner is going to present the report in the court on November 29. After this survey, security has been increased even more around the Jama Masjid. Reports say that in filing this suit, the names of Supreme Court advocate Harishankar Jain, Parth Yadav, Mahant Rishiraj Giri, Rakesh Kumar, Jeetpal Singh Yadav, Madanpal, Vedpal and Dinanath have also been added to the plaintiffs. Harishankar Jain's son Vishnu Shankar Jain is included as an advocate in this case.

Action on objectionable posts decided: Not only this, it is also being said that a police team is keeping a close watch on all social media platforms. Orders have also been issued by the police to take action on inflammatory or controversial posts. SP Krishna Kumar Vishnoi has informed that such posts can spread unrest. Therefore, the team has been put on surveillance. When a case came to light, action was taken. Similarly, action to restrict people was also presented.
