Bangalore: Before the Karnataka assembly elections, efforts are being made by all the political parties including BJP and Congress to woo the voters in their favor. Before the voting to be held on May 10, politicians are holding public meetings. In this sequence, Union Home Minister Amit Shah attacked the Congress fiercely while addressing a public meeting in Mysore area of the state on Tuesday (May 2). According to media reports, Amit Shah while campaigning for the BJP in Mysuru said, 'If the Congress party succeeds in forming the government in Karnataka and Siddaramaiah wins, then these people will join the radical organization Popular Front of India (PFI) will lift the ban on. Explain that the PFI organization is working on the mission of making India an 'Islamic nation' by 2047, for which it is preparing Muslim youths for violence by giving them arms training, so that the power of the country can be captured and India can be made an Islamic nation. After this was revealed in the investigation of police and security agencies, it was later banned by the central government. At the same time, Amit Shah took a dig at former Congress CM Siddaramaiah and said that he did nothing except corruption during his tenure as Chief Minister. The Home Minister said, The Congress party had made Karnataka the ATM of the Center. Only corruption happened in Karnataka under Siddaramaiah. There was so much corruption during the tenure of Siddaramaiah that it was Siddaramaiah's government that did the most corruption in the whole of India. Siddaramaiah has disparaged the Lingayat community by saying 'Lingayats have done corruption here'. The Congress party has disrespected the Lingayat community earlier also by removing Nijalingappa and Virendra Patil.
