One such case has come from Etah district of Uttar Pradesh where the husband, who appeared on bail in a courtroom, divorced his wife three in the court premises. The police have sought legal action against the accused. The husband and wife were facing trial in the District Session Court of Janpad Etah over domestic violence. Both had arrived at the district sessions court on Saturday. The husband was granted bail from the court in the case. He then divorced her three, angering her wife. He then escaped from the spot.
