Lucknow: The strange case of triple talaq and halala has come to light from Rae Bareli district of Uttar Pradesh. Here, a woman has lodged a complaint with the police about three divorces. The woman also alleged that she has been halala twice. Both times his brother-in-law has done halala with him. Police said on April 30, 2022 (Saturday) that an FIR has been registered in the case and investigation has been started.

According to the victim, "I got married to Mohammed Arif in 2015. After that, my husband gave me three divorces. Then he got me married and halala with his brother Mohammad Zahid. After this, Zahid divorced me and after 3 months and 13 days, I was married again to Mohammad Arif. The whole incident was repeated once again. Now my husband is pressurising me to do halala with his brother-in-law. I'm not ready for it. When I refused to do so, I was threatened with murder. '

In another video, the woman is seen saying, "My husband has given triple talaq to me 3 times and brother-in-law 2 times. I've been given three divorces five times. After that, I have resorted to the police. I'm not having a hearing. I went to the police station, SP and CO. Both of them were called to the CO (DSP) sahib. But they (opposition) did not come. According to media reports, the victim is a resident of Mill Area police station area. The complaint of the victim has been lodged on the orders of DSP Vandana Singh. According to DSP Vandana Singh, "A woman had lodged a complaint of triple talaq twice by a husband and halala by a brother-in-law. An FIR is being registered and investigation is being conducted in the matter. No one has been arrested yet. '
