Noida: Police deployed in every nook and corner of the city, drones monitored

New Delhi: A procession was taken out in connection with Hanuman Janmotsav in Noida, adjacent to the country's capital Delhi. Noida DCP Harish Chandra said that a procession is being taken out in Noida. Police forces have been deployed on sensitive routes. We have also enlisted the help of drones to keep an eye on this journey. The official has told that 51,000 people have been called to participate in this yatra, but we expect that 7,000–8,000 people have reached here. If any anti-social acts take place during this period, strict action will be taken against the culprits.

According to some media reports, people had a flag in their hands, while a sword was also seen in the hands of some others. During this, people were also raising the slogans Jai Shri Ram, Jai Veer Hanuman, and Bharat Mata Ki Jai. Police were also seen alert during the procession in Noida.

According to the information, today, i.e., on Sunday (April 9), a procession was taken out of Kanshi Ram Park, located in Sector 45. This journey will end at the Noida Stadium, located in Noida Sector 21A. According to some media reports, this journey will be about 10 kilometres, and during this time, about 1,000 policemen will keep an eye on every move. 200 women policemen have also been deployed in this.
