Gwalior: In-charge of the Gwalior Municipal Corporation, Srikanth Kant who has started to arrange books for the study of the daughter of a woman working in her home, has now reached to next point. His resolution is that every poor person can get books for studies, that too for free and with the same intention, Srikanth Kant has started the Book Bank. It may be mentioned that Shrikant Kant is a government employee, but today he has dedicated his life to human service. Ten years ago, Srikanth Kante's maid house, asked him to buy books for her daughter as she was able to buy it due to lack of money. When Srikanth Kante arranged books for the woman's daughter, he felt that there were a lot of poor children who did not have books to study and they could be educated by providing books. It was Srikanth Kant's journey, which has reached so far today that he has 5,000 books that he gives to poor children. A mobile app has also been launched recently to reach out to more and more people. The app has been launched by Union Human Resources Minister Prakash Javadekar.
