Gwalior: Recently, a case has come up from Hanumannagar area of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. In this case, a man has been arrested for raping his own minor daughter. Information about this case has been given by Madhya Pradesh Police. Gwalior Superintendent of Police (SP) Amit Sanghi while talking about the incident said, "We have arrested a man for raping his minor daughter in a drunken state. A case has been registered under Section 376 of the Penal Code (IPC) and the POCSO Act. " This incident is being told in Gola Mandir Police Station area of Gwalior five days ago. Talking about the entire incident, the police officer said, "The 14-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her father." Police said that the minor girl approached the child helpline after which the victim told about the incident. The victim said 'her mother lives apart, and she lives with her younger sister along with her father'. The victim further said, "The father had allegedly raped her for the past several days in a drunken state, and even threatened to kill her if she told anyone." After getting to know about this case, the Child Helpline gave information about this to the concerned police station. The victim's father was then arrested by the police.
