Rajasthan education minister Govind Singh Dotasra said the state government will begin a recruitment process for 29,000 posts in the Education Department. The government recently conducted Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test (REET) 2021 for 30,000 vacancies. Another recruitment notification for 29,000 posts in the education department is to be released soon, Amid the allegations of paper leaks and irregularities in the REET process, the Minister announced the decision. An estimated 16 lakh candidates took the exam which was held for recruitment to over 30,000 seats. While speaking to the crowd during the start of the "Prashasan Shahron, Gaon ke Sang" campaign at Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot's residence, Dotasra announced a new recruitment drive in the education department. “I would like to say on this platform that by this month, we will issue the notification for recruitment other 29,000 posts in Education department. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot’s vision is that our children who work hard should get jobs,” Dotasra said.
