Panaji: The whole country is struggling with Corona. The number of patients is increasing day by day. Goa is also not untouched by this epidemic. Goa's Director of Health Services, Dr. Joss Dosa has been infected with Corona infection and has been admitted to a private hospital near Panaji. An officer of the state health department said on Thursday that Joss was taken to the hospital on Wednesday after suffering from cough and cold. In the tests that followed, the Director of Health Services was found to be infected with the corona congestion. The officer has told that his position is stable. Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Assembly Digambar Kamat has been questioning the preparations of the Goa government to deal with the situation arising out of Corona infection after Joss was admitted to a private hospital instead of a government-run hospital. Speaker of the Goa Legislative Assembly Rajesh Patnekar may have to stay in the hospital for a few more days due to Corona. 1 doctor of the hospital has reported this. The speaker of the Legislative Assembly was on Wednesday admitted to Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) due to breathing problems and heart disease. Goa is also not untouched by this crisis. Every day the number of patients is increasing here. At present, the figure of corona patients has reached 14 thousand 530 while the death toll has reached 157.
