The University of Delhi will be releasing a ‘simulated list’ today, October 14. Days before the initial cut-off list, this is a provisional list. This is a brand-new feature to help students gain a better sense of the college and course they are enrolling in. If a student feels there are few possibilities for admittance into the college or course they want to take, or if a better opportunity is emerging. According to varsity officials, more than 1.5 lakh students have enrolled their preferred college courses, which is about 67,000 lesser than the entire registration. For 79 undergraduate programmes spread across 67 colleges, departments, and centres, admissions are currently open. The programmes provide 206 different BA course combinations. An academic calendar was also made available by DU. The first-year classes are scheduled to begin on November 2 and semester-two sessions are scheduled to begin on March 20, 2023, according to the varsity.
