New Delhi: Criminals have become so fearless in the national capital Delhi that, now they are not missing out on attacking even the policemen. Now a case of beating two policemen who came to investigate the complaint of a woman in the Sadar Bazar area of the capital has come to light. Police have arrested four people in this case. All of them are accused of assault and indecency. On Tuesday (February 14), the police have given information in this regard. Police say that two history-sheeters are still absconding in this case. According to the police, on Monday, a woman named Sophia reached the Sadar Bazar police station. Sophia alleged that her husband Ashfaq had thrown her out of the house after a fight with her. On the complaint of the woman, Head Constable Pawan and constable Mahipal along with the complainant reached her house. At that time 6 people Ashfaq, Akhlaq, Afiq, Burhan, Hasin Bano, and Ayesha were present in the house. Deputy Commissioner of Police (North), Sagar Singh Kalsi informed that when 2 policemen tried to get information regarding Sophia from them, they started misbehaving with the policemen. Suddenly Burhan closed the door of the house and started threatening the policemen. After this, all these 6 accused started beating the policemen with sticks inside the room. When these people started coming out of the house, the accused also blocked their way. Later somehow the police station was informed and then all three were rescued from there. All three were admitted to the hospital for treatment. According to the police, Burhan, Akhlaq, Ayesha, and Haseena Bano have been arrested, while Asfaq and Afiq are still absconding.
