New Delhi: A shocking case has come to light in Delhi. Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) chairperson Swati Maliwal has been dragged for 10 to 15 meters by a car driver. The incident is being reported near Delhi AIIMS. The police have arrested the accused. Swati Maliwal tweeted that late last night she was taking stock of the situation of women's safety in Delhi. According to police, at 3:11 am a PCR call was received that the driver of a white Baleno car made wrong gestures and dragged a woman behind the AIIMS bus stop, but the woman managed to escape. However, the accused driver Harish Chandra has been arrested by the police and is being interrogated.
