New Delhi: A woman in the Wazirabad area of the national capital had an illicit relationship with her husband's friend. After this, the woman killed her husband with her lover, who was obstructing the illicit relationship. After this, the body was also burnt. The Crime Branch of Delhi Police revealed this murder on Thursday (January 6) and arrested the friend of the deceased.

According to the report, the body of a completely burnt youth was found near Surghat on the morning of January 2. Meanwhile, 23-year-old Sultana (name changed) reached the police station and reported her husband missing. When the police took Sultana to the spot, she identified her husband as Rashid Ali from the body shoe. After this, the police registered a case of murder and started investigating the case. A team under the supervision of DCP Vichitra Vir Singh investigated the matter. Inspector Amit Tiwari and ASI Kuldeep scanned the CCTV footage and examined the CDR.

During this, it was revealed that Rashid was last seen with Munisuddin on the night of January 1. The location of Munisaduddin and Rashid's phones was also found near Surghat. On this basis, the Crime Branch detained Munisuddin and strictly interrogated him, so he revealed all the secrets. The accused, Munisuddin, told the police that he worked as a plumber in buildings and Rashid was an electrician. For two years, he had been visiting Rashid's house. During this time, Rashid's wife Sultana had an illicit relationship with him. Since Rashid got work because of Munisuddin, he would not say anything to her, but he often used to beat Sultana. Rashid also changed the house to increase the distance. The accused said that for this reason, Sultana had conspired to remove her husband from the way.
