The global cryptocurrency market capitalisation has dropped by over USD 100 billion since the start of the week. According to data on CoinMarketCap at 8.37 am, Indian time, the worldwide crypto market valuation was USD893 billion down 7% from the previous day. On the other side, Ether, the second-largest cryptocurrency and the coin linked to the Ethereum network, fell almost 10% to USD1,085. Meanwhile, the price of dogecoin has dropped more than 7% to USD0.05, while the price of Shiba Inu has dropped 5% to USD0.000008. Today, the global cryptocurrency market valuation fell below USD1 trillion, to USD937 billion, a drop of approximately 8% in the last 24 hours. Stellar, Uniswap, XRP, Tether, Solana, Polkadot, Avalanche, Polygon, Chainlink, Terra Luna Classic, Cardano, Litecoin, and Tron values have all dropped by 3-11 percent in the last 24 hours. On Thursday (June 16th), the crypto markets showed signs of improvement, with several leading coins seeing increases of more than 10%.
