According to recently received information, the first four lakh health workers in Madhya Pradesh will be given corona vaccine in government hospitals. At the same time, the elderly, BP, diabetes and cancer patients will be vaccinated. It is being said that earlier the Government of India had decided to vaccinate people above 65 years, but now that decision has been changed. Now all people above 50 years of age will be vaccinated. There are reports that the data for those above 50 years of age is going to be taken from the latest voter list and the information of similar diabetes, high BP and cancer patients will be taken from the non-communicable disease survey conducted in the state in January-February this year. You must be aware that Madhya Pradesh has about 20 per cent people above the age of 50 years and about four per cent of the population is suffering from diabetes and 10 to 12 per cent of blood pressure. Recently the State Immunization Officer Dr Santosh Shukla said that 'Patients surveyed in this survey will be sent SMS and called for vaccination. Even after this, there will be some people who could not join the survey. After this, they have come from outside or later they have been diagnosed with the disease. Separate counters will be set up in hospitals to identify such people. Apart from this, he also said that 'He will be able to register himself for vaccination by showing the investigation report and other medical documents over the counter. Those who are not yet aware of BP and Sugar's disease will also be able to register if the disease comes out after being examined twice in a week in a government hospital.'
