Katherine expressed her excitement, saying, “We are utterly over the moon to announce that we have a son, Ford Fitzgerald Schwarzenegger Pratt. Mama and baby are doing well, and Ford’s siblings are just thrilled by his arrival. We feel so blessed and grateful.” She shared the happy moment with their followers, along with Chris.
Ford joins the couple’s two daughters, Eloise Christina, 2, and Lyla Maria, 4. Chris Pratt also has a 12-year-old son, Jack, from his previous marriage to actress Anna Faris.
Chris and Katherine began dating in 2018, with Katherine’s mother, Maria Shriver, playing a role in their introduction. Their relationship quickly blossomed, and by January 2019, Chris announced their engagement. They married in a private ceremony in Montecito, California, in June 2019. At that time, friends described Katherine as glowing with happiness and Chris as excited.
Their first daughter, Lyla, was born in August 2020, followed by Eloise in May 2022. This summer, Katherine shared a sweet moment on Instagram, showing Eloise excitedly awaiting the arrival of her new brother, proudly wearing a “Big Sis” shirt.
