CAA: BJP in preparation to give a befitting reply to Congress, Amit Shah will hold a huge rally in Jodhpur

Jaipur: Union Home Minister Amit Shah will participate in a rally in support of the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) in Jodhpur on January 3 to spread awareness about the act. The visit is seen as a diplomatic decision of the party as most of the Hindu refugees from Pakistan to India live in Jodhpur, who have been eagerly awaiting their citizenship, living in difficult conditions here for years.

Along with this, Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot has also openly attacked the Modi government on CAA and National Civil Register (NRC). That is why the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is preparing to target him in his home as Gehlot, PM Narendra Modi and Home Minister Shah have been accused of working on the agenda of making India a Hindu nation.

Amit Shah had earlier visited Jodhpur before the Lok Sabha elections. He went to address a public meeting in support of BJP's Lok Sabha candidate Gajendra Singh Shekhawat. BJP state unit president Satish Poonia said that about 50,000 people will join the Maharaeli of Jodhpur. Jodhpur has been a center for Pak refugees. These refugees will also join the rally to support CAA.
