Bhairon Singh Shekhawat was an Indian politician and the 11th Vice President of India, serving from 2002 to 2007. He was also the Chief Minister of Rajasthan three times, from 1977 to 1980, 1990 to 1992, and 1993 to 1998. Bhairon Singh Shekhawat was an Indian politician and a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Shekhawat was a prominent figure in Indian politics and played a significant role in the growth of the BJP in Rajasthan. He passed away on May 15, 2010, at the age of 87. Shekhawat was known for his strong leadership and played a crucial role in the development of Rajasthan during his tenure as Chief Minister. He was widely respected for his integrity and commitment to public service. Bhairon Singh Shekhawat served as the Vice President of India from 2002 to 2007, and before that, he was the Chief Minister of Rajasthan for three terms.
