It is jointly organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). The exhibition will be open to business visitors throughout the event, while general visitors will have limited access. Timings for the Expo The expo will open its doors at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, September 18. Business visitors are welcome to visit any time during the three-day event. General visitors, including students, can attend on the final day, Friday, September 20. Exhibitors at Bangalore Space Expo 2024 Exhibitors from a wide range of fields will participate in the event, including those involved in DTH services, electronics, optics, GPS navigation, IT, automobile applications for space, satellite components, space equipment manufacturing, and research organizations. The expo aims to provide insight into the diverse aspects of the space industry. Growth of India's Space Sector India’s space sector is valued at $9.6 billion as of 2020 and contributes 2-3% to the global space economy. By 2025, the Indian space economy is projected to grow to $13 billion. Currently, more than 400 firms, ranging from large companies to small and medium enterprises (SMEs), collaborate with ISRO to develop subsystems for space launches and ground infrastructure.
