The hoax bomb threat concerning Air India's flight from Delhi to Mumbai via Indore has led to an investigation by the police. The threat was reported after a message claiming that a bomb was placed on flight AI 636 was posted on a social media platform. The incident prompted the Indore police in Madhya Pradesh to file a case against an unidentified individual.

The message was posted at 5:08 PM on Tuesday, according to an officer from the Aerodrome police station, citing a complaint from a local Air India official. At the time of the threat, the flight had already departed Indore for Mumbai at 4:38 PM.

Upon receiving the threat, police officials launched an immediate investigation to assess the validity of the claim. After thorough examination, they confirmed that the message was a hoax, alleviating fears among passengers and staff alike.

Deputy Commissioner of Police Vinod Kumar Meena confirmed that the bomb threat was investigated and deemed fake. The police are continuing their efforts to track down the person responsible for the threat.
