According to the information received, under the new order issued by the General Administration Department, IAS officer Amanveer Singh, son of Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains, has been appointed as Betul and Mayank Agarwal as Collector of Neemuch. Amanvir Singh was serving as Commissioner in Municipal Corporation Satna. Along with this, he is also an IAS officer of the year 2013 batch. Before all this, he is also the son of Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bais. Similarly, in Indore Additional Collector Mayank Agarwal has been made the Collector of Neemuch. Taking this order, it is being said that for the first time in the state, his son has become a collector while being the chief secretary of an IAS officer. In this regard, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan issued his orders in the Collector-Commissioner Conference held on Monday.
