Navsari: A 23-year-old woman tragically died due to heavy blood loss while engaging in sexual activity with her boyfriend in a hotel in Gujarat's Navsari, police reported on Tuesday. The woman, a nursing graduate, had checked into the hotel with her boyfriend. During intercourse, she began bleeding profusely from her private area and eventually lost consciousness. Despite her critical condition, the man failed to immediately seek medical help, which ultimately led to her death. Authorities said that by the time she was transported to the hospital, it was too late, and she had already succumbed to her injuries. A postmortem examination revealed that the woman suffered a serious injury to her genital area during the act, which resulted in fatal blood loss. Following the incident, the police arrested her boyfriend, charging him with negligence for not seeking timely medical assistance. District Superintendent of Police Sushil Agarwal stated that the man has been charged under Section 105 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) and Section 238 (causing evidence to disappear) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). The investigation is still ongoing as authorities probe further into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
